What we use and why

We use contact details, project information and messages to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and administer work. Our lawful bases, as relevant, are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract and legitimate interests in handling enquiries and safeguarding the service. We may retain records as necessary for legal obligations or disputes. We do not ask you to send payment card details or sensitive personal information through chat.

AI, calls and service providers

AI chat and voice interactions may be sent to a third-party AI provider to produce replies. Voice transcripts and details entered or spoken during an enquiry may be sent to the business for follow-up; the site may attempt to send transcript information when the page closes. Avoid using these features if you do not want your conversation processed in this way; use phone or email instead. Hosting, email and technical providers may process data on our behalf. Ask us for current providers and transfer safeguards where relevant.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to certain processing or raise a concern by emailing us. Rights depend on circumstances and applicable law. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We keep records only for as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal requirements; contact us for the applicable period for your enquiry.
